Life is dynamic. We have times in life that flow with ease, feeling light, free and so happy. We also have stages in our life that seem heavy, dark, uncertain and dizzying. We have/will have an event that changes our life instantly and how we imagined our lives would develop, may change suddenly. My hope is that we can find the strength to keep moving forward. We are being pushed and pulled into many directions and the only way we can progress is to find some equilibrium, or a healthy balance in our lives. Finding a healthy balance can mean finding ways to understand stillness in a crazy, chaotic environment. Finding a healthy balance can be to treat our whole body to overcome disease, understanding how each part of our body contributes and is affected by disease and illness. Finding a healthy balance means to maintain vitality while living life to the fullest. Finding a healthy balance can mean understanding how our environment affects our mood and health. Finding a healthy balance can be making small adjustments in our physical appearance to improve our confidence and revealing our own inner beauty. My goal is to support your own healthy balanced lifestyle-here we go!.
